Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the global partner marketing function to drive pipeline growth.
  • Design and operationalize a partner marketing model for various partner types, segments, and geographies.
  • Develop partnership-specific messaging frameworks and joint value propositions to enable partners to sell joint solutions.
  • Collaborate with partner enablement to create and govern content hubs and self-serve resources.
  • Analyze partner pipeline performance and win/loss dynamics to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Influence the product roadmap by providing data-driven insights based on partner feedback and market opportunity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within a SaaS or B2B technology company.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partner marketing programs with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS partner motions, including ISVs, SIs, GSIs, and cloud marketplaces.
  • Data-driven mindset with deep experience in pipeline metrics, attribution, and ROI reporting.
  • Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Experience in contact center technology or customer experience software.
  • Experience in hypergrowth startups or scale-up environments.
  • Background in product marketing or solutions marketing.
