Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the global partner marketing function to drive pipeline growth.
- Design and operationalize a partner marketing model for various partner types, segments, and geographies.
- Develop partnership-specific messaging frameworks and joint value propositions to enable partners to sell joint solutions.
- Collaborate with partner enablement to create and govern content hubs and self-serve resources.
- Analyze partner pipeline performance and win/loss dynamics to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Influence the product roadmap by providing data-driven insights based on partner feedback and market opportunity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within a SaaS or B2B technology company.
- Proven success in building and scaling partner marketing programs with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of SaaS partner motions, including ISVs, SIs, GSIs, and cloud marketplaces.
- Data-driven mindset with deep experience in pipeline metrics, attribution, and ROI reporting.
- Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States.
