Head of Revenue Marketing (AI-powered): Driving demand generation and transforming go-to-market strategy into a scalable, predictable pipeline engine with an accent on AI, automation, and agentic workflows. Location: Remote (United States), requires up to 25% travel within the U.S. May require customer approval for access to U.S. systems and premises.
Salary: $130,000-140,000 base + bonus.

What you will do
- Manage multi-channel demand generation across digital, events, ABM, partners, and outbound using AI-driven segmentation and predictive modeling.
- Orchestrate full-funnel campaigns with automation, agentic workflows, and BDR optimization for pipeline progression.
- Own funnel performance from Inquiry to SQO, deploying AI for real-time bottleneck identification and autonomous optimizations.
- Expand AI stack integration for predictive scoring, generative content, lead routing, and multi-touch attribution.
- Build pipeline forecasting models, align with Sales/RevOps, and deliver executive insights with scenario modeling.
- Drive lifecycle marketing, process innovation, and agentic transformation for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B marketing with expertise in demand generation and revenue marketing.
- Proven track record building predictable pipelines in SMB/mid-market.
- Hands-on with AI tools (predictive analytics, generative AI, conversational AI, intent platforms).
- Experience with marketing automation/CRM (Marketo, Dynamics, Outreach).
- Strong data architecture, attribution, revenue analytics, and process transformation skills.
- Revenue-first mindset, cross-functional collaboration, strategic vision with execution.
