Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000

hirify.global is building an AI-powered operating system for conversation performance, utilizing hyper-realistic simulations and intelligent QA to support frontline teams in mission-critical conversations.

What you will do

  • Own and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns end-to-end.
  • Execute the SEO roadmap, including keyword strategy, content briefs, and on-page optimization.
  • Build and optimize outbound sequences and nurture programs using HubSpot and Clay for prospecting at scale.
  • Develop the ABM motion from the ground up, focusing on target account selection and tiered engagement.
  • Analyze pipeline reporting via GA4, Search Console, and HubSpot to synthesize weekly growth signals.
  • Manage and hold external agencies and vendors accountable to pipeline metrics.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • At least 3 years of direct ownership over demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, email sequencing, and HubSpot.
  • Must be actively using AI in day-to-day marketing workflows.
  • Must be based in the United States.
