What you will do

  • Own social strategy to drive brand awareness, trust, and customer acquisition
  • Build and lead high-velocity content engine across TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube
  • Develop and scale creator and influencer partnerships
  • Drive community engagement and establish social as a real-time customer interaction channel
  • Leverage social listening and performance data to inform content, campaigns, and product insights
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Product, and Compliance teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years in social media, content, or digital marketing in consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth D2C/B2C brands
  • Proven track record building and scaling high-performing social and content programs driving measurable growth
  • Deep understanding of platform dynamics, creator ecosystems, and cultural resonance across major social channels
  • Experience leading teams and building fast-moving, high-output content operations
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to influence stakeholders
  • Drive, proactivity, and builder mindset
