Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 USD (depending on location zone)

What you will do
- Manage daily community operations and engagement across X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Engage authentically with retail investors by leveraging deep knowledge of online finance culture and humor.
- Monitor community sentiment and utilize social listening tools to deliver actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
- Ideate and execute community-first events, such as live AMAs and platform-specific Q&As.
- Stay current with algorithms, trends, meme formats, and FinTwit narratives to keep the brand relevant.
- Ensure all community communications adhere to strict financial regulations and content standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in social media or community management, preferably in consumer tech or fintech.
- Native understanding of platform nuances for X, TikTok, Reddit, and Instagram.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Data-driven mindset to translate social metrics into actionable strategy.
- Ability to thrive in a highly regulated industry with strict compliance and legal guardrails.
- Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY.
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of finance and crypto communities on social media.
- Familiarity with enterprise social listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Meltwater).
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools for content ideation and data analysis.
