What you will do

• Optimize campaigns using data insights, testing new channels and creatives to drive incremental growth.
• Lead experimentation, measurement frameworks, and user acquisition initiatives.
• Plan and manage new product testing, forecasts, and growth experiments with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and Product teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Drive creative testing, develop ad concepts, and scale successful formats across channels.
• Iterate on AI workflows and agents to surface performance insights faster.

Requirements

• 4+ years in growth marketing, 7+ years hands-on B2C growth for mobile-first company
• Proven experience executing and optimizing Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap) and Programmatic campaigns
• Strong analytical skills: incrementality testing, MMM, marginal CAC, mobile attribution, MMPs
• Ability to balance strategy and execution, present insights to leadership
• Collaborative, proactive mindset for testing ideas and building processes
