What you will do

• Build and grow hirify.global's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
• Develop playbooks for community participation: posting, replying, staying silent
• Grow hirify.global’s subreddits into active, trusted communities
• Create scalable content and engagement strategies using AI
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams for channel consistency
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations

Requirements

• 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally fintech/insurtech
• Platform native on Reddit, TikTok, Quora with authentic, non-corporate tone
• Strategic operator building systems, understanding SEO and LLM source citation
• Experience humanizing boring/stressful categories
• Patient long-game player focused on organic trust
