Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually

What you will do
- Own end-to-end partner pipeline from prospecting to producing referrals across providers, health plans, and community organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, develop referral pathways, and drive partner productivity and accountability.
- Oversee Member Acquisition Specialists: define deployment, set expectations, monitor performance, and coach for enrollment goals.
- Align field execution with territory strategy, optimize community deployment, and improve conversion rates using data insights.
- Monitor key metrics like referral volume, partner productivity, field conversion, and enrollment growth to inform strategy.
- Represent in community settings to strengthen reputation and support regional expansion.
Requirements
- Must reside in Fresno or Central Valley, California and travel extensively throughout Northern California territory. Reliable transportation required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- 5+ years in healthcare partnerships, business development, outreach, growth, field sales, or network expansion.
- Proven success in performance-driven roles with referral growth, pipeline management, or enrollment outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, influencing, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
- Deep understanding of Northern California healthcare landscape including providers, community organizations, and health plans.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, field-based environments and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with ECM, CalAIM, Medicaid, or community-based care models.
- Existing relationships in healthcare or community referral ecosystems.
- Experience managing or mentoring frontline outreach or enrollment teams.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience.
- Bilingual English-Spanish.
