Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 a year

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise customers, ensuring needs are exceeded.
- Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align with OKRs and identify upselling opportunities.
- Own the overall revenue number and ensure steady growth through existing customer usage.
- Cultivate customer advocates by identifying success stories and references.
Requirements
- Senior-level leadership experience in a Customer Success role, preferably leading teams.
- Experience in account management or customer success within healthcare technology, specifically with value-based care companies.
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level relationships and growing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare industry dynamics, regulations, and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Boston, MA.
