What you will do

• Own the end-to-end process for enrolling new providers with state Medicaid and health plan partners.
• Coordinate license applications and renewals for newly hired clinicians in collaboration with third-party vendors.
• Partner with the Licensing, Credentialing, and Enrollment team to expand provider presence in existing and new markets.
• Identify and implement process improvements to shorten the time for clinicians to begin seeing patients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare operations experience, ideally within healthcare delivery or a high-growth startup.
• Experience with payer credentialing for APPs, therapists, registered dietitians, physicians, and doulas with Medicaid managed care plans.
• Proven experience enrolling clinicians in state Medicaid.
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians and technical teams.
