Focus on owning complex sales cycles, leading technical demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Location: Remote (Field: NY, MA – US based)

Salary: $124,000 - $186,000 annual base pay

hirify.global is a cybersecurity leader that acquired CalypsoAI to bolster its AI security strategy, enabling secure deployment of LLMs and AI applications at enterprise scale.

What you will do

  • Serve as CalypsoAI product specialist partnering with hirify.global enterprise account teams to drive new revenue and expand customer relationships.
  • Own complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close, engaging C-level stakeholders like CISOs, CIOs, and AI/ML leaders.
  • Lead product demonstrations, executive presentations, and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business, security, and risk outcomes.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, deal strategy, and capture customer feedback to influence product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in enterprise software sales, ideally cybersecurity, infrastructure, or AI solutions.
  • Proven success selling high-value solutions into large enterprises as product-focused seller or overlay specialist.
  • Strong experience engaging senior decision-makers in matrixed organizations.
  • Solid grounding in qualification and value-based selling (MEDDIC, Command of the Message preferred).
  • Excellent communication to influence technical and executive audiences; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments; interest in AI, cybersecurity, Generative AI, LLMs advantageous.
