Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 Yearly

What you will do

  • Develop toy strategies by segment and manage pricing architecture and competitive positioning.
  • Partner with leadership to build 3–5 year toy product roadmaps, balancing innovation and refresh cycles.
  • Lead product development from concept to shelf in partnership with design, engineering, and packaging teams.
  • Own consumer and play insights specific to infant toy usage and developmental play patterns.
  • Manage toy business performance, including revenue, margin, SKU productivity, and category P&L.
  • Manage and develop the Associate Marketing Manager through coaching and prioritization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, franchise management, or purpose-driven strategy (4 years with an MBA).
  • Experience in category management, product marketing, or product development.
  • Background in CPG or toy companies, preferably with exposure to retail buyer dynamics.
  • Strong quantitative and financial skills for forecasting and SKU productivity analysis.
  • Proven project management experience handling complex product development timelines.
  • Must be based in or able to work from East Aurora, New York.
