What you will do

• Use AI-assisted tools to rapidly create prototypes, product concepts, and workflow explorations.
• Identify opportunities to integrate experimental AI functionality into existing enterprise product workflows.
• Define the framework for how selected customers access, test, and provide feedback on early-alpha features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to shape feasible, iterative product solutions.
• Translate stakeholder and customer feedback into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Manage the rollout of pre-release functionality to customers testing experimental features.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Product Management experience with customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Strong technical product sense and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping, discovery, design, or product understanding.
• Ability to create working concepts and prototypes instead of relying solely on written requirements.
• Experience managing ambiguous, early-stage, or experimental product initiatives.

Nice to have

• Background building AI-driven features or embedding LLM functionality into existing workflows.
• Previous ownership of beta, alpha, early-access, or product experimentation programs.
• Experience with data-heavy products, governance, risk, compliance, or financial reporting.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, or v0.
