What you will do
- Own the full product lifecycle including discovery, definition, architecture, build, and launch.
- Translate founder vision into clear product specifications and functional software.
- Build AI-first by utilizing agentic coding tools while maintaining high standards for testing and debugging.
- Make critical architecture decisions regarding data models, integrations, and infrastructure.
- Validate products through prototyping, user testing, and direct customer feedback.
- Ensure production quality through rigorous QA, monitoring, and reliability practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in Latin America
- Professional working English proficiency
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with shipped user-facing products.
- 2+ years in a Product Management role owning discovery and delivery.
- Proven experience using agentic coding tools for product development.
- Startup experience with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Engineering degree or equivalent structured technical background.
Nice to have
- Founder or co-founder experience (CEO, CPO, or CTO).
- Experience taking a product from zero to first paying customers.
- Exposure to outcome-based or value-based business models.
