What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to analyze workflows and define AI-driven solution plans.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI projects in collaboration with engineering and AI specialists.
• Write detailed product specifications and define prompt/context structures for AI behavior.
• Balance speed, scalability, and stability while making critical product decisions.
• Identify repeatable patterns to improve and scale the platform's reusable capabilities.
• Act as the primary voice of the user throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Program Management.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to decompose ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
• English: C1+ proficiency required for clear communication.
• High attention to detail and strong ownership in fast-paced startup environments.
• Genuine curiosity and excitement regarding LLMs and emerging AI technologies.
