TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Director (Cybersecurity): Pursuing and closing new business opportunities in enterprise accounts with an accent on developing sales leads, building pipeline, and exceeding growth goals. Focus on establishing trusted partner relationships, conducting discovery calls, and owning the territory through strategic alliances and sales strategies.

Location: USA remote (hybrid model), must be located near Philadelphia, PA (within 45 miles of office)

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities from SDR leads and marketing campaigns.
  • Own the territory through trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances with Channel Director.
  • Build new pipeline, exceed growth goals, and proactively seek business opportunities.
  • Conduct prospecting, discovery calls, and advise on appropriate hirify.global products.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, pricing, and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in cyber security or identity sales
  • 5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience selling into enterprise accounts (preferred)
  • Active Directory, Azure AD, identity related sales experience (plus)
  • Strong territory planning, sales methodology, and account-based strategies
  • Proven track record exceeding goals and quotas
  • Located near Philadelphia, PA
  • Challenger mindset and ability to work across all organization levels

Nice to have

  • Experience with large Enterprise customers in the region
