What you will do

  • Partner with ExCo members (CFO, CPO, CRO, etc.) to develop and execute people strategies that accelerate business performance.
  • Lead Group Employee Relations and Policy, ensuring consistent, fair, and legally compliant practices across the organization.
  • Design and implement performance frameworks to embed a high-performance culture and accountability.
  • Drive organizational design initiatives and change management for major transformation programs.
  • Execute talent strategies, lead talent reviews, and manage succession planning for critical roles.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of five HR professionals, including HRBPs and ER specialists.

Requirements

  • Significant HR leadership experience partnering at the executive/C-suite level in complex environments.
  • Proven expertise in building high-performance cultures and performance management frameworks.
  • Strong background in Employee Relations and deep knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational transformation and change programs.
  • Track record of leading high-performing HR teams and coaching executives.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
