What you will do

• Design next-generation R&D org structures, team topology, and ways of working with engineering and product leaders.
• Translate AI implications into concrete decisions on roles, skills, productivity, and team composition.
• Rebuild people products like performance, hiring, onboarding, and talent processes to reduce bureaucracy and increase speed.
• Bridge high-level strategy with execution, ensuring strategies are implemented effectively.
• Identify and build future capabilities and talent ahead of needs.
• Upgrade leadership to operate in ambiguity, make faster decisions, and prevent team burnout.
• Emphasize human elements like judgment, creativity, trust, and collaboration amid AI scaling.
• Use data for insights while applying judgment in decisions.
