What you will do

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for UK managers and employees, providing strategic and operational advice.
  • Lead complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and redundancy processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and manage statutory requirements like pension auto-enrolment and gender pay reporting.
  • Oversee UK employee benefits programs, managing annual renewals and employee communications.
  • Support M&A activities by conducting HR due diligence and leading change management during integrations.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, succession planning, and performance improvement coaching.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of HR experience with a strong background in employee relations and UK employment law.
  • Proven track record as an HR Business Partner, preferably in tech, software, or professional services.
  • Experience managing benefits programs and statutory UK requirements.
  • Experience with M&A integrations or organizational change.
  • Degree in HR, Business, or a related field; CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the UK and occasionally across Europe.
