TL;DR

People Partner (HR): Managing the people agenda for the Brands, Marketing & Experience team within Consumer Relationships with an accent on strategic workforce planning and organizational design. Focus on building high-performing leadership teams, reskilling the workforce, and delivering the Group People Plan.

Location: Hybrid (Leeds or Bristol, UK). Must spend at least 40% of time in the office

What you will do

  • Act as a People Partner to the BMX Executive team, building trusted relationships to deliver people priorities.
  • Deliver the business area people strategy in alignment with the Group People Plan and organizational values.
  • Develop workforce capability through strategic skills planning and leadership growth.
  • Support the implementation of People initiatives, products, and policy changes across the business.
  • Assist in creating an operating model to increase organizational pace and reduce friction.
  • Provide professional coaching to leaders to build high-performing leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Expertise in core HR disciplines with a track record of leading within senior teams.
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze multiple data sources to inform strategic planning and decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Leeds or Bristol offices.
