TL;DR
People Business Partner (HR): Supporting managers and employees across UK and APAC with talent strategies, employee engagement, and organizational development with an accent on performance management, culture nurturing, and compliance. Focus on acting as talent advisor, guiding organizational change, resolving conflicts, and scaling people operations.
Location: Based in the UK, hybrid with 1-2 days/week in London office, willing to work onsite in Luton and Nottingham as needed.

What you will do
- Act as talent advisor connecting business goals to people strategies and helping leaders build high-performing teams.
- Support goal setting, coaching, performance management, mentorship, and career development programs.
- Guide teams through organizational change and ensure alignment during growth.
- Provide insights on cultural initiatives, employee wellbeing, DEI, and talent management.
- Resolve conflicts, foster positive employee relations, and support people processes.
- Offer guidance on local employment compliance and improve HR processes and systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years as People Business Partner in fast-paced environments
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent
- Working knowledge of HR advisory, employee relations, performance management, training, organizational development, and change management
- Experience with global, remote, and distributed teams
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and ability to handle sensitive issues
- Ability to navigate cultural nuances, employment regulations, and regional compliance
