Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Focus on implementing automation solutions, leading Kaizen activities, and conducting data-driven process capability analysis.

What you will do

• Implement automation solutions in manufacturing processes
• Lead lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives
• Optimize cycle times, line balance, and takt alignment
• Conduct process capability analysis (Cpk/Ppk) and time & motion studies
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
• Support NPI and engineering-to-operations handover
• Deliver cost-saving initiatives with ROI analysis
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Manufacturing Engineering or similar
• Experience implementing automated manufacturing systems or robotics
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing (5S, VSM)
• Six Sigma or structured problem solving
• FMEA/PFMEA, Design for Manufacture
• Process capability (Cpk, Ppk), workflow, ergonomics, factory layout
• CAD experience and strong data analysis skills
• Proven experience managing change in manufacturing
