Salary: $51,800 - $85,000 Annual

What you will do

• Analyze Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance policies to identify coverage gaps and ensure completion.
• Review loss runs and claims history to propose necessary terms and conditions.
• Conduct underwriting calls with clients to discuss uninsured risks and obtain data for pricing.
• Develop renewal positions and provide quote summaries with supporting documentation.
• Submit case files for risk analysis reporting and actuarial pricing.
• Coordinate with the Claims Department for final underwriting sign-off.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of underwriting experience.
• 2+ years of experience reviewing commercial P&C policies and servicing claims.
• Must be able to work hybrid 3-4 days per week in the Sparks, MD office.
• P&C license or industry designation is preferred.
