What you will do

  • Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve assigned insurance claims of average complexity and low to mid exposure.
  • Analyze coverage and determine the appropriate direction for claim resolution and investigation.
  • Manage reserve changes and alert management to potential exposures on claims.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Fair Claims Practices Regulations and internal handling guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Underwriting, Finance, Actuarial, Risk Management, and IT departments.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must have or be eligible to receive a claims adjuster license.
  • Required: US Work Authorization (hirify.global does not provide visa sponsorship).
  • Knowledge of insurance claims, policy types, and the legal services landscape.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
