What you will do

• Manage orders from purchase order receipt through final shipping documentation.
• Partner with contractors and distributors to resolve questions and ensure accurate execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to meet customer expectations.
• Interpret technical specifications and research drawings to ensure order precision.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in basic math (geometry/algebra).
• Proficiency with Excel and order management systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ or Paramus, NJ.
• Experience in door or building materials industries is strongly preferred.
