What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including order tracking, customer communication, and quotation creation.
• Monitor OtC KPIs and implement corrective actions to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Planning, and global/regional SCM teams to cascade order updates.
• Perform supply chain performance reporting, including OTIF analysis and root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement across workflows using Lean Six Sigma and data-driven approaches.
• Maintain accurate process documentation (SOPs) and master data for customers and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or Project Coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Louisville, KY or The Woodlands, TX.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ERP systems, with a preference for SAP.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
