What you will do

• Develop and maintain enterprise supply plan, translating demand into feasible production strategy via rough-cut capacity planning.
• Lead monthly S&OP supply review, presenting constraints, risks, and mitigations to senior leadership.
• Act as liaison with plant Operations on supply requirements, capacity, and schedule feasibility.
• Provide dotted-line oversight to plant Master Schedulers for alignment with enterprise plans.
• Identify supply/demand imbalances, collaborate with Demand Planning and Procurement for resolutions.
• Maintain supply planning tools, KPIs, and lead team of supply planners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply planning, master scheduling, or S&OP in manufacturing.
• Experience with rough-cut capacity planning and MPS development.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (INFOR/SyteLine preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and capacity modeling skills.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
