Demand Planner

What you will do

• Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts at product, customer, and regional levels.
• Collaborate with Sales to gather market intelligence, customer insights, and promotional plans.
• Participate in monthly S&OP demand review, preparing inputs, variance analyses, and documentation.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain demand data in ERP, support NPI planning, and generate reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning on demand changes impacting inventory and feasibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; INFOR/SyteLine experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification preferred.
• Demonstrated career ambition and potential for leadership roles.
