Salary: $75,000–$104,500

What you will do

• Act as technical lead on M365 strategy projects for clients and internal efforts, including administration of M365 and Azure.
• Maintain updates, guides, and communications on M365 Purview features for consultancy delivery.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on M365 functionality, planning, licensing, and costs.
• Architect solutions with cross-functional teams to meet client needs in information governance, data classification, and investigations.
• Oversee information protection frameworks using M365 for sensitivity labels, insider risk, DLP, and threat management.
• Develop, test, and maintain PowerShell/Python scripts for automating M365/Azure tasks, data analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years post-graduate experience in consulting or related field with focus on M365 Advisory Services.
• Experience in Information Governance, Compliance, Privacy, Information Security, or AI.
• Working knowledge of M365 Purview, information governance, e-discovery, and data collection.
• Client-facing skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience developing technical solutions for unstructured data in M365 and integrating third-party solutions.

Nice to have

• M365 Certifications (SC-401, SC-200, AZ-500, SC-900).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, digital forensics, or related.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, SQL, Azure (IaaS/PaaS), Graph API, Power Automate, Copilot.
• Proficiency in e-discovery/Relativity and SAFe agile methodologies.
