• Deliver high-quality consulting and software implementation support for a portfolio of hirify.global clients.
• Advise stakeholders on hirify.global solutions to improve operational efficiency and meet strategic goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of consulting projects from discovery to post-implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in software or business process consulting.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
