Location: Remote - US (must be based in or able to cover the Los Angeles North territory with approximately 4.5 days/week field travel)
Salary: $90,000 – $180,000

What you will do
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by targeting EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators within hospitals and private practices.
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on market penetration and product adoption.
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and needs assessment to contract closure and onboarding.
- Deliver data-driven presentations to communicate the clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce.com for accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (KAMs, CX, Marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of successful sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
- Proven track record in capturing market share or displacing incumbents through value-based selling.
- Strong preference for experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approx. 4.5 days/week in field).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
