Business Insurance Team Trainer (Insurance): Leading the onboarding and continuous development training for new and existing colleagues with an accent on foundational knowledge of commercial insurance and technology solutions. Focus on designing training materials, identifying knowledge gaps, and ensuring professional growth across the Business Insurance department.

Location: Must be based in or within driving distance to Alpharetta, GA (commute minimum 3 days per week)

What you will do

• Lead onboarding training for new colleagues in partnership with Line of Business leaders.
• Implement continuous enrichment training, including refresher and advanced courses.
• Design training aids, reference documents, and visual aids using PowerPoint, Flipbook, and Brainshark.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR to identify knowledge gaps and talent development requirements.
• Stay current with new products and changes in the Commercial Lines Insurance industry.
• Foster colleague development by promoting engagement with the national training platform (MMA University).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, L&D, or related field, or 3+ years of experience in Commercial insurance.
• Proven experience in delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CRM, AMS, and LMS (e.g., Sagitta, ImageRight, Applied/Epic).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must be located within driving distance to Alpharetta, GA to commute to the office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Previous professional training experience.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools like Camtasia and Adobe Captivate.
• Advanced Designations such as CIC, CPCU, ARM, or CRM.
