What you will do

• Lead and optimize large-scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets and forecasting to maximize ROAS and overall commercial performance.
• Oversee Google Merchant Center activity, troubleshoot feed issues, and launch promotional activity.
• Develop and implement advanced A/B testing frameworks to improve customer acquisition efficiency.
• Produce data-led reporting and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage junior PPC professionals within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing enterprise-level PPC campaigns with measurable commercial success.
• Advanced proficiency in SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Deep understanding of Google Shopping, Merchant Center, and analytics platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience presenting insights to leadership teams.
• Proven experience mentoring PPC professionals in a retail or ecommerce setting.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days in office) in London.
