What you will do

• Serve as senior client lead, providing strategic counsel on PR and corporate communications aligned with business objectives.
• Lead integrated programs for clinical data, regulatory events, and announcements, securing top-tier biotech media coverage.
• Drive organic growth and new business through pitches, proposals, and expanded scopes.
• Manage financials including budgets, forecasting, and revenue projections for assigned accounts.
• Mentor teams, foster talent development, and build collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Location: New York, NY, USA
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Finance, or related; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
• 11–14+ years experience, including 8+ in senior leadership; deep biotech/healthcare background.
• Proven C-suite advisory, media relationships, and results in clinical-stage biotech communications.
• Strong business acumen, team leadership, and ability to manage complex initiatives.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
