What you will do
- Lead research, planning, and development of corporate communications and crisis management strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance and tactical support for clients facing reputational challenges and emerging issues.
- Oversee account team performance, ensure deadlines, budgets, and client objectives are met.
- Write communications plans, stakeholder materials, proposals, and handle media relations.
- Monitor trends, news, and risks to make proactive recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members and champion cross-team integration using ’s network.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Proven project management and team oversight abilities.
- Understanding of stakeholder groups and channel-specific communications.
Nice to have
- 4-7 years of crisis communications experience, preferably in an agency.
- Familiarity with corporate issues like societal, data security, workplace, and reputation matters.
- Solid understanding of AI applications in crisis and risk contexts.
- Experience with corporate communications tools and tactics.
