What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from strategy and planning to development and implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional and matrix-managed technical teams, including software, mechanical, and system engineers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for global customers to define requirements and provide ongoing support.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation plans and track project status, budgets, and KPIs.
• Maintain strategic relationships with equipment manufacturing partners and suppliers.
• Travel up to 20%-30% of the time for project needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or system engineering roles.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in automation projects and multi-disciplinary machines.
• Proven experience in automotive equipment qualification (FAT, Deployment, SAT).
• Ability to develop Statements of Work (SOW) internally and with customers.
• Fluent English proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Software).

Nice to have

• PM certification.
• Knowledge in mechanical design.
