What you will do

• Manage the meeting lifecycle, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes in the Trial Master File.
• Maintain project timelines using MS Project, collecting and communicating updates across the cross-functional study team.
• Oversee study-specific training records, identify compliance gaps, and manage the training lifecycle.
• Coordinate study supplies, binder creation, and vendor payment approvals in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Manage user access to clinical systems and maintain various project-specific trackers and KPIs.
• Support the production of study plans, reports, and Sponsor-facing story boards.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree in business, scientific, or healthcare disciplines (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project support or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Professional level English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
• Must be based in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, or Peru.
