What you will do

• Lead project planning, create work breakdown structures, and manage change control.
• Manage project scope, maintain accurate estimates, timelines, and status reports to ensure milestones are met.
• Oversee the execution of multiple projects or manage an entire program.
• Act as the lead communicator for internal and external stakeholders, including developers and product owners.
• Analyze project retrospectives and apply key learnings to optimize future projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP implementations.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with SuiteSuccess methodology.
• PMP certification.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for fast-paced environments.
