What you will do

• Manage engineering projects, including integrated plans, product costs, technical details, budgets, and tooling investments.
• Lead project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, tasks, and technical functions.
• Control projects within the triple constraints of scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to align internal and customer technical requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate weekly progress meetings with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to track deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (or equivalent professional experience).
• 4-5 years of experience in the material handling industry or a related field.
• Strong background in project management and team leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• English verbal and written proficiency is a must.
• Must be located in Guadalupe, Mexico.
