What you will do

• Manage contract and proprietary stimulation lead projects from initiation through closure.
• Lead the development of invasive and implantable medical products following established design control and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, management, and the internal technical teams.
• Execute project administration, including planning, tracking deliverables, and providing status reporting.
• Develop and implement PMO processes, including demand management, resource planning, and KPI tracking.
• Evaluate stimulation lead technologies and assist in documenting intellectual property.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in material logistics or a related technical field.
• 7-10 years of experience in materials and logistics.
• 2-3 years of experience in system development and implementation.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and MS Project Server.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and business consulting skills.
• Working understanding of ERP systems and general business operations (sales, finance, purchasing).

Nice to have

• Certification from an accredited institution in Project Management (e.g., PMI Certified).
• Technical competencies in data center technologies (servers, storage), networking, and databases.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Visio.
