What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end creative workflows to identify automation opportunities and AI-powered efficiencies.
• Design and implement scalable AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate content production and delivery speed.
• Configure and customize AI platforms such as Adobe Express, Figma, Pencil, Typeface, and GenStudio to align with brand guidelines.
• Build automated content creation pipelines and establish governance frameworks for brand-safe AI asset use.
• Develop and facilitate training programs and workshops to help creative teams adopt AI tools.
• Mentor production teams on AI workflow optimization and scalable content production methodologies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, production management, or workflow optimization.
• Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Figma, Typeface, Pencil, GenStudio).
• Proven ability to design workflow improvements that increase operational efficiency and scale production.
• Experience leading change management and technology adoption initiatives for creative teams.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, DAM platforms, CMS tools, and project management systems.
• Availability to travel within the United States when needed.
