What you will do

  • Manage multiple cross-functional technical projects involving network, server, software, and PC deployments.
  • Partner with functional teams across initiation, planning, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
  • Track program milestones, timelines, deliverables, and maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, risk analysis, and process documents.
  • Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensure technical feasibility, and drive lifecycle from concept to closure.
  • Measure performance with metrics and KPIs, provide status updates, mitigate risks, and act as point of contact for vendors and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, evaluate post-project results, and contribute to process improvements across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years related experience or equivalent.
  • Understanding of project management, conflict resolution, and meeting timelines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and documentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently as a self-starter learning new tools quickly.
  • Experience with spreadsheets, presentations, project documentation, analytical skills, metrics tracking, and risk management.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate updates to executives.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
