What you will do

• Implement, administer, and maintain project Drug and Alcohol Substance Abuse Programs.
• Develop and conduct employee safety and health training programs.
• Perform detailed site safety and health inspections and write comprehensive injury/illness reports.
• Manage project security contracts, programs, and policies while interfacing with clients and government officials.
• Supervise and provide performance management for Safety and Health Specialists and Interns.
• Administer project worker's compensation programs and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of safety and health experience.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Winamac, IN, US.
• OSHA 30-hour training and a professional safety certification or a college degree in a safety-related field.
• Current certification in administration of First Aid, CPR, and AED Training.
• Proven experience in incident investigation and reporting.
• Ability to perform physical labor in extreme weather conditions and construction site environments.
