What you will do

• Research the SMB segment using a mix of qualitative interviews and quantitative analysis to define the offering.
• Build dashboards and tools to support the SMB pickups program in partnership with the VP of New Initiatives.
• Identify new markets and opportunities to drive the expansion of the SMB pickups program.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to unlock new channels and improve conversion rates.
• Automate manual workflows for onboarding and client management using Claude, GSheets, and other lightweight tools.
• Develop scalable tracking frameworks to consolidate feedback, sentiment, and cohort data.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in analytics, operations, consulting, or project support roles.
• Consulting background strongly preferred.
• High proficiency with SQL and Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools and LLMs (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate research.
• Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker, Hex, or Tableau.
• Background in high-growth environments, marketplaces, or the logistics industry.
• Exposure to gig economy or marketplace dynamics.
