Salary: $100,000 – $155,000

What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to inform strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Own the analytical narrative for your product area by defining KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Support end-to-end experimentation and feature launches, from success metrics to post-launch analysis.
• Build scalable, self-serve reporting and tooling for stakeholders.
• Proactively surface insights and identify growth opportunities across the product domain.

Requirements

• 2-6+ years of experience in an analytical role owning business-critical metrics.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to communicate recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Must be prepared to work onsite from the Boston, MA office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern data stacks: Snowflake, dbt, ELT workflows.
• Experience with visualization tools: Hex, Sigma, Amplitude, or Looker.
• Interest in algorithms, hardware, and health science.
