Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop and maintain scalable reporting and dashboards to track customer health, risk, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data integrity and establish consistent metric definitions.
- Convert customer, product, and revenue data into actionable insights to drive retention and expansion.
- Design and implement AI-powered and agent-based workflows to automate manual overhead for CSMs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape health scores, segmentation, and tech-touch strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven track record of building scalable systems and driving measurable operational impact.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data storytelling and dashboarding.
- Ability to travel up to 15 days per year for in-person meetings.
