What you will do

• Partner with sales to run discovery and translate product capabilities into ROI narratives and business cases for enterprise deals.
• Collaborate with CSMs and Implementation Managers to drive adoption and post-sale value realization.
• Perform modeling workflows (regression, classification, forecasting) using Python and SQL to validate outcomes and surface recommendations.
• Track customer KPIs and manage dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for QBRs.
• Develop repeatable templates and leverage AI agents to automate recurring analysis and scale the insights knowledge base.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in analytics, data science, or value consulting within B2B/SaaS environments.
• Technical proficiency in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL (Snowflake preferred).
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• AI-native approach to work, using LLMs and agentic workflows to compress analysis and automate tasks.
• Must be based in the US.
• Ability to travel approximately 20-25%.
