Solution Architect (Linux)

Solution Architect (Linux/Kubernetes): Designing enterprise open-source solutions and acting as a technical advisor for customers and partners with an accent on solution design, technical validation, and product positioning. What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners, aligning hirify.global solutions with their business and technical needs.
• Lead the technical validation process, including product demonstrations, managing Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and addressing customer objections.
• Collaborate with sales, partner ecosystem, and customer success teams to create account plans and drive solution adoption.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams to influence product features and updates.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and engage in technical marketing via blogs, presentations, and booth demos.
• Draft technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs while mentoring pre-sales peers.

Requirements

• Experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or solution architecture for enterprise software solutions.
• Practical skills with Linux systems, open-source software, cloud computing, and container technologies like Kubernetes.
• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences, including CXO level.
• Proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Clari.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada
