What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead project planning, estimation activities, and architecture design.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce design patterns.
• Integrate Salesforce solutions with other external systems through cross-functional collaboration.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and stay updated with the latest platform features and trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, Consultant, or Project Manager.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Deep proficiency in advanced configuration, security/permissions management, and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of Apex and Visualforce/Lightning components design considerations.
• Experience in Agile project methodology, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
