Integration Manager

TL;DR

Integration Manager (Salesforce/Boomi/MuleSoft): Own the full lifecycle of enterprise integration engagements from pre-sales and discovery through architecture, delivery, and client enablement with an accent on multi-system API integrations and technical leadership. Focus on architecting REST/SOAP solutions, leading workstreams, mentoring juniors, and driving proof-of-concepts.

Location: Toronto, Calgary. Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end integration workstreams across platforms like Salesforce, DocuSign CLM, Boomi, MuleSoft, Snowflake, NetSuite, and Workday.
• Architect REST/SOAP API integrations, including OAuth, webhooks, and error handling.
• Drive pre-sales activities: scoping, estimation, solution design, presentations, and POC builds.
• Manage client relationships, expectations, escalations, and executive communications.
• Mentor and develop integration consultants, enforce standards, and create reusable patterns.
• Support data migrations and translate business requirements into specs and diagrams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 6–8+ years in consulting or industry with enterprise integrations.
• Experience leading teams across multiple engagements.
• Functional experience with agentic code and AI-assisted integration development.
• Deep API expertise: REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML, pagination, error handling.
• Advanced Postman skills and middleware like Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi.
• Salesforce APIs knowledge and CLM integrations (DocuSign CLM etc.).
• IT standards: COBIT, ITIL, SOX, GDPR.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi.
• SQL/Python for data transformation.
• CI/CD, GitHub/Bitbucket.
• ERP like NetSuite, SAP, Workday.
• CLM workflows and AI integration patterns.
